I took my dog for a walk to day at the local high school. As I was getting out of the car, (with my dog that had a harness and leash on) one of the coaches I am presuming pulled up and asked "Your not taking that dog on the track are you?" Because I did not want to start and argument, I politely said, "Guess not." And left.
I was under the assumption that you are allowed to walk dogs on all public property unless there were signs that posted otherwise.
