How can I make a spiked dog collar myself?

I want to make a punk style spiked collar myself because they are so expensive. Where can I find a guide online to show me what material I should use, how to put the pieces together with a buckle, and stick the spikes in it? Or does anybody knows the answer to those questions?

There are many ways to make them,
I know a friend who bought a small belt and simply
punched nails into it from the inside.
(very painful for those hugging you.)
You can always buy a normal sized belt cut it to the size
that will fit your neck, resew the buckle on
(hand sew it so you don’t break your machine)
and super glue small arrow heads onto it.
But this is how I got my collar:
I went to the pet store.
No joke. They have a great selection.
Go to Pet Land with a friend and try ‘em on.
