I have a 3 month old Jack Russell named Rascal and i go put on his harness which takes forever to put on beacuse he bites when i am trying to put it on i got it from petsmart
when i put it on he couldnt even walk and he was trying to take it off and you knew that he didnt like it and then when i go pick Rascal up he runs and then crys and then i took it off right away beacuse i knew there was something wrong if he cried and then i got him and took it off after i took it off he ran under the table and sat there and he looked scared and then went behind the coach and lied there
Can someone tell me whats wrong?
I took my dog for a walk to day at the local high school. As I was getting out of the car, (with my dog that had a harness and leash on) one of the coaches I am presuming pulled up and asked "Your not taking that dog on the track are you?" Because I did not want to start and argument, I politely said, "Guess not." And left.
I was under the assumption that you are allowed to walk dogs on all public property unless there were signs that posted otherwise.
